ARDAGH METAL expands their existing AGV system with AGVE

ARDAGH Metal in Deventer, the Netherlands selected AGVE to expand their existing 3 AGV-vehicle system with one extra AGV vehicle. The reason is the extra finished goods warehouse capacity built on the Deventer plant. The new counter balance vehicle will be capable to handle 4 pallets at once and block-stacking up to a height of 12 meters. With this system AGVE automates the finished goods warehouse and delivery to the expedition docks. ARDAGH Metal Deventer is one of 54 ARDAGH Metal facilities worldwide. The ARDAGH Group produces a total of over 35 billion glass and metal containers per year with customers like HAK, HEINZ, COCA COLA, HEINEKEN and NESTLE.  ARDAGH is everywhere. As well as having 89 glass and metal manufacturing production facilities in 21 countries, it is estimated that in an average household you will find at least six products in packaging produced by ARDAGH Group.
